Hi friends! I hope that you all had a wonderful Easter weekend! I did, however, I am not having a wonderful Tuesday. Though my morning started off great things have since gone downhill. I'm not sure if I am coming down with something or if that milk I put in my cereal this morning has upset my stomach. I didn't realize until after I ate it that it expired two days ago. EWWWW! Just the thought of it makes me sick. So my planned post for the day has been postponed until tomorrow. Sorry.
Lesson learned...always check the expiration date.
